What we are planning for baby Dudis and how far along we are!

So, first off I guess we should start by how far along we are!

18 weeks and 3 days today and in 8 days we will be finding out the gender and see the developing baby!
I have not seen any movement, sometimes I think I feel some things and then other times I dont.

Well, anyways, things we are planning on doing with baby D is:

Babywearing: Planning on doing alot of babywearing til baby can ride in a stroller, unless we are shopping.

Cloth diapering: We will most likely be cloth diapering after the first couple of months.

Breastfeeding: Planning on doing this and if for some reason I cannot well, then not that big of deal

Baby food: Will making our own baby food, with our ninja blender

Will be gardening alot of our own veggies and fruits for when the baby gets here and to save on grocery money.

Homemade basic remedies: For colds, the flu and fever. Basic things that dont require docotor visits.

Secondhand shopping: Alot of our clothes for baby will be secondhand. We can buy a wardrobe full secondhand, compared to 2 items at a name brand or even Walmart.

We are soooo ready to be parents and are so excited! My hubby thinks it will be a girl, I think boy :)

So that will be interesting to find out.

Exciting news! And other things in the making!

   So, I have not written in awhile....anyways....Here is what happened beginning in Nov.

In October we had went to Chicago to visit a friend and was busy.
We came back and only had sexy time 1 time.
In the beginning of November, I was feeling kind of weird.
On Nov. 7, I took a pregnancy test it came out so faintly positive, hubby did not believe it. So, I took 2 more. All the same. I waited til the next day and there was 2 lines.
I hadn't even missed my period yet. So, I was 3 weeks when I got my positive.
And our little bundle is expected July of 2014!

But, it has been crazy! The doctors in the beginning thought I had an ectopic. And I didn't.
And now little squirmy butt, is 13 weeks and 4 days old....almost 14 weeks :)
And because our baby is squirmy and doesn't want to be seen, last time we were at the doctors and he was looking for a heartbeat, we of course couldnt find it.....which scared the living daylights out of me.....he said we needed an ultrasound. And there our baby was! On, screen, throwing a fit! Lol!

I could just picture Baby saying "Ugh! I am trying to sleep here!" :P

After 8-9 months of trying we finally succeeded and now are going to be parents! :)

I also think that I will be feeling baby sooner than they say. Today and the day before there seem to be alot more movements inside that feel funny....almost like little bubbles....We shall see! :D

Anyways so yes, that is what has been going on!
